Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Grace Beds website or submit an order to us. Please read them before ordering. They do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and account-management purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, misuse another person’s account or copy protected website content for commercial use without permission.

We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but may correct errors, maintain the website or withdraw content when reasonably required.

Products may have product-specific sizes, colours, attachments and minor-customisation options. Prices are determined by the selected size and any priced attachment. A colour choice does not carry a separate colour charge.

Images help show products and colours, but screens and lighting can affect appearance. Dimensions, materials, compatibility and any customisation requirement shown on the product page should be checked before ordering. If you need help, contact us before submitting the order.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Grace Beds is not VAT registered, so prices and invoices do not separately state or calculate VAT.

The website does not take online payment. An order begins with payment status Pending. We will provide or agree the available payment arrangements separately. Never send payment using details from an unexpected message without checking with Grace Beds through the published contact details.

Submitting an order is a request to buy the configured products. We may contact you to verify details, availability, customisation or payment arrangements. An order is not approved until Grace Beds records and communicates its approval.

We may reject or cancel an order where a product or option is unavailable, information is incomplete or incorrect, pricing contains an obvious error, payment arrangements are not completed, fraud or misuse is suspected, or we cannot lawfully fulfil it. If money has already been received for a cancelled order, the appropriate refund will be arranged.

Grace Beds provides free delivery to addresses within 7 miles of our shop. No delivery charge is added at checkout. For addresses outside that radius, we assess and confirm the delivery charge during order approval. Delivery timing and access arrangements must be agreed for the order. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and telling us about access restrictions that could affect safe delivery.

Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Ownership passes when the goods have been paid for in full, where payment is due.

For most distance-sale goods, consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to tell the trader they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions and permitted deductions can apply, including for genuinely personalised goods or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Our product-specific refund-request workflow and return instructions are explained in the Refund Policy. That policy does not reduce statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their normal or agreed purpose. Contact us promptly if you believe a product is faulty or damaged. Statutory remedies apply independently of Grace Beds’s 18-month warranty process.

The Grace Beds warranty supports manufacturing-issue claims for 18 months under the documented claim process. It does not exclude statutory rights and does not automatically cover fair wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alteration or a problem unrelated to manufacture.

Product reviews may be submitted without an account. You must submit honest, relevant content that you have the right to share. Do not include unlawful, abusive, misleading or third-party private information.

Reviews and images remain private until moderated. If approved, the review title, public name, rating, comment and approved images may be displayed. Reviewer email and abuse-prevention information remain private. We may reject or hide content that breaches these terms or is unsuitable for publication.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or protected consumer rights.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business loss arising from consumer use, or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control where we take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The terms supplied or available when an order is accepted continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
