How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery takes 2-3 weeks within the UK. For bespoke orders, please allow 4-6 weeks as each piece is handcrafted to your specifications. We deliver to all UK mainland addresses.
Do you offer custom sizes? +
Absolutely! Custom dimensions are our specialty. Whether you need an extra-long bed, a specific height, or unique proportions, our craftsmen can accommodate your requirements. Contact us for a bespoke consultation.
What woods do you use? +
We exclusively use solid hardwoods sourced from sustainable forests: Oak, Walnut, Cherry, and Ash. Each wood is selected for its grain pattern, durability, and character. We never use MDF, particle board, or engineered wood.
Can I visit your showroom? +
Yes! Our showroom at Unit 2, 3 Siding Ln, Glasgow G5 0DZ is open Monday to Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm. We recommend booking an appointment for bespoke consultations to ensure dedicated time with our design team.
What is your warranty? +
All Grace Beds come with a 10-year structural warranty. Our Cedar Throne collection includes a 15-year warranty. This covers the frame, joints, and structural integrity. We also offer a lifetime repair service for any issues outside warranty.
