These terms and conditions govern your use of the Grace Bed website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment terms will be discussed during the consultation process for bespoke orders.

3. Delivery

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery times vary based on product availability and custom requirements. Standard delivery is 2-3 weeks; bespoke orders may take 4-6 weeks.

4. Warranty

All Grace Beds come with a 10-year structural warranty. The Cedar Throne collection includes a 15-year warranty. This covers the frame, joints, and structural integrity.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have any concerns.
